About Argon Real Estate Investors
Our Story
Argon is a London based commercial property investment boutique founded in 2006 by a team of strategists that worked together for 10 years at a well-known European property manager.
We have been actively investing and managing real estate assets through both strong and weak property and capital market cycles, during which time we have demonstrated sound judgment and discipline regarding when to invest, when to sell, and most importantly, when to stay neutral.
Our Funds
Argon has successfully raised capital for four close-ended investment funds that have (to date) made investments totaling more than £3.1 billion. Our first two funds have been fully liquidated returning gross proceeds of £520 million to our institutional investors.
Currently, the combined portfolios of Argon's two existing funds includes buildings representing more than 2.8 million square feet of office space, 112 light industrial units, and approximately 3200 acres of commercial land.
Our Team
We have grown to a multidisciplinary team of 17 professionals that each contribute valuable expertise in the fields of accounting, economics, investment strategy and operations, all under the watchful eyes or our Labrador, Templeton.
